The HIYIEL-PL photoluminescence measurement system is an important member of the HiOE comprehensive luminescence measurement platform. Together with the HIYIEL-EL absolute electroluminescence measurement system (please contact the Sales officer), the HiYIEL-PL photoluminescence measurement system provides the industry with a complete luminescence sample measurement solution. The HiYield-PL system consists of a series of corresponding measurement components, including excitation light source, monochromator, spectral measurement module, etc. By using the distribution characteristics of the system components, the measurement system can be flexibly constructed for different types of samples, and can also be adapted to a variety of measurement scenarios, such as glove box measurement. The HiYield-PL measurement system has the following main functions :
1) Using PL method and integrating sphere, accurately measure the efficiency parameters, radiosity parameters, chroma parameters, etc.;
