▌ Product introduction


The electroluminescence measurement system NovaLum is an important member of the HiOE steady-state integrated photoelectric property measurement platform of Oriental Spectra  Technology, which is used to accurately measure the performance of electroluminescence samples. The system includes IVL test, device life test, spatial Angle distribution test and other functions, which can easily and quickly obtain comprehensive performance parameters of electroluminescence devices, such as electroluminescence efficiency (current efficiency, power efficiency, external quantum efficiency, etc.), photometry, colorimetry, stability, luminescence Angle distribution and other related performance parameters. The equipment solves the problems in the industry: (1) when using the spectral radiometer test, there are low brightness test speed and high brightness over exposure, so it can not be used for the test of easily aging devices, and it is not suitable for the test of devices with a wide brightness range; (2) When using the integrating sphere system to test, it is impossible to get accurate forward brightness parameters, and there are overexposure problems at high brightness, and it is not possible to test high-luminescence samples.
