The wide time domain time-resolved single photon counter Hitime 990 is a new generation of products launched by Oriental Spectra  Technology for transient spectrum applications. The product also has Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC), Multi-Channel Scaling (MCS) and steady-state single photon counting. Widely used in the measurement of fluorescence and phosphorescence life, to achieve sub-nanosecond to millisecond level of life testing, with picosecond level of time resolution, in materials science, life science, medicine, environmental detection and other fields have a wide range of applications.
