The glovebox provides an ultra-low leak rate, sealed environment with a high-purity inert gas atmosphere. It is available in single-sided and double-sided operation configurations. The integrated control cabinet and purification circulation system are designed to minimize footprint. The system supports automatic pressure control with automatic refill on pressure drop, real-time H₂O/O₂ monitoring, continuously variable gas circulation speed, and reliable safety alerts with closed-loop error diagnostics. The BoldyTree glovebox is fully compatible with Oriental Spectra's SteeVac/AluVac vacuum coating systems as well as various other brands of deposition equipment and accessories, meeting diverse custom requirements.


Working Principle

The glovebox consists of an operating chamber and a gas recirculation purification system that together create an ultra-low leak rate inert gas environment. Inert gas purging combined with deep purification treatment removes water, oxygen, and reactive organic molecules from the chamber, achieving H₂O and O₂ levels below 1 ppm.
