Supports optional dual-mode laser beam scanning and stage scanning.

Imaging Configuration 1:

Scanning resolution: 150 nm

Imaging range: 300 × 200 μm

Imaging Configuration 2:

Scanning resolution: 1 μm

Scanning range: 100 × 100 mm

Supports three scanning speed modes: high speed, medium speed, and slow speed

General Features:

Supports XY automatic imaging

Supports camera imaging observation and imaging ROI labeling

Supports automatic switching between imaging observation path and working path

Supports four spatial scanning modes: single point, multipoint, line scan, and 2D mapping
