Description

Mic is a next-generation compact semiconductor light source from Oriental Spectra for advanced optical applications, available in two variants based on semiconductor laser and UVLED technologies. The product covers a broad spectral range from UV to Vis to NIR and supports picosecond, nanosecond, microsecond, and continuous-wave operating modes. It features synchronized trigger output and flexible external trigger input, and can be used as a standalone laser module for custom free-space optical setups or coupled with spectrometers and fiber optic systems. The Mic series operates in pulsed mode with high average power and adjustable frequency, and is suitable for fluorescence spectroscopy, fluorescence quantum efficiency, phosphorescence, and detector response characterization.
