Fourier Transform Infrared Absorption Spectrometer INFRAVib 300

Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is based on the Michelson interferometer, which generates an interferogram that is mathematically transformed into an infrared absorption spectrum. This technique enables the identification of molecular structures and chemical bonds. An optional attenuated total reflection (ATR) accessory allows for direct surface analysis of samples with minimal preparation.

Product Features

Fully vacuum optical design – eliminates strong absorption interference from atmospheric water vapor and CO₂

Vacuum performance – achieves vacuum degree ≤ 0.1 mbar (with vacuum pump operating) and maintains vacuum holding capacity < 1 mbar for 12 hours. The sample chamber and instrument chamber can be evacuated separately to reduce evacuation time

Automatic switching – between near-infrared, mid-infrared, and far-infrared detectors

Intelligent temperature control – equipped with intelligent temperature control technology and modules that adapt to the environment, ensuring stable performance unaffected by laboratory temperature fluctuations

Professional optical design – delivers larger light throughput and higher sensitivity

Enhanced stability – specially designed for complex environments, providing higher stability and better repeatability

ATR accessory compatibility – can be equipped with pure diamond crystal ATR accessories for measurements under vacuum conditions

Multiple external optical ports – configurable to connect various external optical cavities, such as low-temperature Dewar, high-temperature infrared emission cavity, and external sample cavity

Long-path gas cell compatibility – can be connected to a long-path gas cell for high-resolution gas spectrum measurement
