Provides sample-stage temperature control solutions and products for various analytical instruments (spectrometers, optoelectronic device testers, electron spectrometers, etc.), including fluorescence spectrometers, quantum efficiency testers, luminance testers, Raman spectrometers, infrared spectrometers, absorption spectrometers, terahertz spectrometers, and impedance analyzers

Temperature control directly at the test fixture location; flexible adaptation to customer fixtures for temperature-dependent upgrades of existing testing equipment and instruments

The HiSAM series is divided into two product lines based on temperature control method:

HSF-G Series: Refrigerant-based temperature control

HSF-E Series: Electrical temperature control

HSF-G Specifications

Temperature range: 200 K – 400 K (in-situ hot/cold media utilization); 85 K – 400 K (hot/cold media exhaust)

Temperature stability: 0.5 K

Temperature control method: Liquid nitrogen

HSF-E Specifications

Temperature range: 253 K – 400 K

Temperature stability: 0.1 K
