Oriental Spectra Technology | The 34th Annual Conference of the Chinese Chemical Society came to a perfect end

From June 15 to June 18, 2024, the 34th Annual Conference of the Chinese Chemical Society was grand opened in Guangzhou Baiyun International Conference Center, Guangdong Province. Dongpu Technology was invited to attend the conference. With the theme of "Towards a higher level of science and technology organizations", the participants had in-depth exchanges and discussions on the important role of science and technology organizations in promoting scientific and technological innovation and promoting international science and technology cooperation and development. The successful holding of this forum laid the foundation for more international cooperation of science and technology organizations in the future, and further promoted the construction and development of global science and technology organizations.

At this conference, the innovative equipment of East Spectrum Technology was selected for display, including the time-of-flight carrier mobility measurement instrument FlyTOF and the Solar quasi Fermi level splitting measurement instrument HiYield-QFLS.

1. Time-of-flight carrier mobility measuring instrument FlyTOF

FlyTOF is the source research and development product of Dongpu Technology, which was newly released in 2019 and is the first automated and integrated commercial equipment in the industry. The test functions include electron mobility measurement, hole mobility measurement, surface carrier mobility measurement, TOF 2D imaging mapping and so on. It can be widely used in organic semiconductors, metal-organic frames, covalent organic frames, perovskite materials, two-dimensional materials, elemental semiconductors (Si, Ge, etc.), compound semiconductors (InGaAs, etc.), wide-band gap third-generation semiconductors, quantum dot semiconductors and other carrier mobility tests.

2. Solar quasi Fermi level splitting measuring instrument HiYield-QFLS

Hiyield-qfls is a member of the HiYield product family of Eastspectrum Technologies. It is mainly used to test the quasi Fermi level splitting QFLS/ implied voltage iVoc of solar cells. HiYield-QFLS is the first commercial quasi Fermi level splitting tester in China. Derived from the company's proven and acclaimed HiYield series, this instrument incorporates the concept of integrated design and integrates numerous high-precision functional modules into a compact body, which not only saves valuable laboratory space, but also significantly improves overall stability and efficiency by reducing redundant connections between devices. HiYield-QFLS test function modules include: Electroluminescence Quantum efficiency measurement (EL), photoluminescence (material) QFLS test (QFLSPL), electroluminescence (device) QFLSEL test (QFLSEL), QFLSEL imaging test (QFLsel-mapping), Pseudo-JV, equivalent photovoltaic characteristics test (Equi-PV), temperature test Let's wait.
